Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using DealIQ (“DealIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

DealIQ is operated by McDaniel Motorsports, a powersports dealership based in Georgia, US. You can reach us at trentonmc3@gmail.com.

DealIQ is a valuation tool for powersports vehicles — boats, personal watercraft (PWC), side-by-sides (SxS), ATVs, and dirt bikes. We produce estimated values, market comps, and deal-quality scores based on listing data, model data, and our own valuation engine.

Estimates are not guarantees. DealIQ does not provide financial, legal, tax, or appraisal advice. We’re a tool to help you reason about a deal — not a substitute for inspecting the vehicle, doing your own diligence, or talking to a qualified professional.

You’re responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password private, don’t share your credentials, and let us know quickly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts we believe are compromised.

You can delete your account at any time from /buyer/account. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.

When you use DealIQ, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest data from DealIQ (including our own scrape outputs).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of our valuation models.
• Use bots, automated abuse, or rate-limit-evading tools against the service.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize DealIQ valuation data without our written permission.
• Use DealIQ to harass, defraud, or harm anyone, or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or analysis history.

Every DealIQ output — estimated value, recommended buy price, deal score, market comp, depreciation curve, anything else — is an estimate. Markets shift. Listings misrepresent. Conditions vary. Photos lie.

You are solely responsible for your purchase, sale, financing, or trade decisions. DealIQ is not liable for any loss, missed opportunity, or downside resulting from a decision you made using our outputs. Inspect the vehicle. Verify the title. Test ride. Get a mechanic you trust. Use DealIQ as one input among many.

DealIQ is offered on a best-effort basis. We don’t guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will keep working. We may add, change, deprecate, or remove features at any time. During invite-only pre-launch, expect rougher edges and occasional downtime.

During beta, core features are free for invited users. We plan to introduce paid tiers at or after public launch. If we change pricing, we’ll give existing users notice (by email or in-app) before any charge applies to you. Continuing to use a paid feature after a price change counts as acceptance of the new price.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users. We’ll generally try to give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first, except where doing so would create more harm.

You can delete your account at any time from /buyer/account. Termination doesn’t refund prepaid amounts unless we say otherwise in writing.

Your data is yours. The vehicle details, photos, and notes you upload belong to you. You grant DealIQ a license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We use aggregated and anonymized data — with no information that identifies you personally — to improve our valuation engine, train internal models, and produce market analytics. This aggregated output is ours.

The DealIQ name, brand, UI, valuation models, and code are owned by McDaniel Motorsports. Nothing here grants you a license to use those except as needed to use the service.

If you believe content on DealIQ infringes your copyright, send a notice to trentonmc3@gmail.com with: (a) your contact info, (b) a description of the work, (c) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing content, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you’re the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

DealIQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We don’t warrant that valuations are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any decision you make.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealIQ and McDaniel Motorsports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DealIQ, McDaniel Motorsports, and our officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for any dispute arising out of or relating to the service or these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, when reasonable, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms. If you don’t accept, stop using the service and delete your account.
